As such the initial financial burden (i.e. production costs) is born by an individual. To minimize financial risk, only the number of copies ordered will be printed (a form of 'Print on Demand'). Reasonable production und distribution costs can be achieved only if a total of 2,000 copies or more are ordered. Should we fail to meet this number all customers will be informed by the end of September 2009 and there will be no cost. If we go into print we aim for a delivery in the beginning of November.
